About Mark

Mark has founded Thrive Enablement in 2023, to help SaaS business and their sales people grow and thrive.
 
With 12+ years of sales (leadership) experience, he is one of the rare and sought after sales enablement professionals with an actual background in sales.
 
Being customer/buyer-centric, is second nature for Mark. With an educational background in Hospitality Management, he is trained to have a customer-centric mindset.
 
With several years working as outsourced BDR/SDR and later AE he gained knowledge and experiences in a range of companies. From corporates such as Capgemini and Pink Elephant to smaller companies like Kadenza, Mprise, The Beagle Armada and more.

The $0 to >$100millon ARR growth journey

In 2014 Mark was hired as AE, as ‘first boots on the ground’ in Benelux for Siteimprove – opening the Amsterdam Office. While Siteimprove was globally approaching $10million ARR, the Benelux region started on $0,-
 
He played an instrumental role in growing the Benelux to a profitable multimillion $ ARR region. First being global top performer for several consecutive years, later in Benelux and EMEA leadership roles he made significant impact on Siteimprove’s growth journey to >$100million ARR.
 
Mark is passionate to share his knowledge, experiences and mistakes with Start-ups and Scale-ups in SaaS to help them grow in a scaleable and sustainable way.

From one of the guys to leader of the pack. Mark took the opportunity to become the manager of the team that he used to be part of.
